Shipping and Returns

We want you to love everything you receive from Basil & Bloom. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we gladly accept returns of unworn items within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, simply email us at hello@eatbasilandbloom.com and we’ll walk you through the next steps.

Because sourdough starters are a little different, we don’t accept traditional returns on them, but your satisfaction still matters deeply to us. If you’re unhappy with your starter for any reason, please reach out so we can make it right. Taking care of our customers is always our top priority and we can't wait to hear from you!

Shipping Policy

We’re so grateful for every order placed with Basil & Bloom. All in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days of your purchase unless otherwise noted on the product listing.

If your order is part of a presale, it will ship according to the timeline stated in the presale details. We always do our best to communicate clearly so you know exactly when to expect your package.

All orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage from Idaho. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.
